Christmas Eve 2024

 I spent the day preparing for a family dinner at Barb’s house to celebrate my late mother in law’s birthday, she has been gone for 11 years and we still celebrate her birthday every year with a Lasagna Dinner & a Dessert of some kind and my grandchild open up Christmas presents from grandma 👵🏼 & grandpa 👴🏻. I also opened up a Christmas Present from my middle child, she got me a mini cricket machine & accessories with a carrying case.

I can honestly say that I am blessed to have such amazing & awesome children who love me and spoil me.

 I ordered a dot.card for the candle business today, it’s a form of business card.

STL Haunted Mansion Surprise

 I went to help out at the haunted mansion today and told them about being fired & found out that when the coffee shop is opened, I will be working the evening shifts for it, so that means that I will be STAFF at STL Haunted Mansion, but this won’t be for a year, cause we have other stuff to get done first so it can actually get occupancy.

update 3/24/26 coffee shop still hasn't materialized.

Final days at ECC

 I went on Vacation 10/21-10/25. I came back to a write up because the sub couldn’t follow the instructions that typed up for them. She didn’t see a menu item that was right under her nose & then she went to Jessica and they began to look everywhere. Apparently the former director had left notes about me to the new director & I think that is what did me in just because I needed to go on vacation.

I had been so nervous since I came back from vacation to my write up meeting & that apparently the new cleaning checklist I made wasn’t good enough because I wasn’t doing things well enough for her and I got let go today 11-5-2024.

Now I’m job hunting, oh joy.😫

Announcement of Happiness for me

 The Director at my work just announced that she is retiring at the end of the Summer Session, August 2, 2024; I’m so freaking excited that when I saw the email announcing it I squeaked loudly and scared my husband, mind you he was driving the car. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 😎😎😎😎😎
