It rained all day long, Hubby & I ran errands.

We bought & then took Dakota & Sam their apartment warming present, we got them a Thyme & Table pot & pan from Walmart, they loved it.

We went home & chilled for a while, then I took Barb & Ana to a church trunk or treat at a church by our old house.

Then the fun of the night began, Hubby & I went to Babysit some Ghost hunters doing Ghost hunting tours at the St. Louis Haunted Mansion.

T-shirt sales were suggested so we got all of them out & 5 got sold.

 The lady that I clean for has Parkinson’s & Alzheimer’s, today I think she was having a bad day cause she got upset and yelled at me & I was seriously thinking about leaving and going home but her daughter got there and calmed her down for the most part. I think she is getting worse but I don’t know because I haven’t ever dealt with this stage of Alzheimer’s. I’m going to see if she wants me to come over every other week for awhile to see if that is better for her.

What I found out about today

 I just found out today that my oldest daughter had to completely sign away her parental rights to her son so she could buy a house to help/save a lot of people. Also that he was legally adopted by his stepmother. She has kept that secret to herself for close to 4 years. She finally told me today, I told my husband.

I am furious, so furious that I seriously want to unalive my former son-in-law.

2025 so far

 The end of January we moved out of the rental house that we had lived since June 2009 (15 & 1/2 years), and moved in with our eldest child Barb, into a 3 story house in the Carondelet area.

Working at the GFS store (again, since 12/26/24) during Lent, I got my arse throughly kick for 6-7 weeks of fish fry season, during the last week of fish fry season I found out that one team lead had put in notice to quit (Lynnea) & the other team lead quit with out any notice (Alyssa), so now I am learning how to do receiving of deliveries at work & also becoming the M-F opening cashier (7am-1 or 2 pm, depending on the day).

On Easter weekend while cleaning up in the back yard, a hidden sidewalk was discovered (under 3-4 inches of dirt & mud), and all of the adults are worn out and hurting from digging up the mud to see far it goes.

This year Easter is on 4/20, so it’s stoner bunny zombie Jesus day.

Christmas Eve 2024

 I spent the day preparing for a family dinner at Barb’s house to celebrate my late mother in law’s birthday, she has been gone for 11 years and we still celebrate her birthday every year with a Lasagna Dinner & a Dessert of some kind and my grandchild open up Christmas presents from grandma 👵🏼 & grandpa 👴🏻. I also opened up a Christmas Present from my middle child, she got me a mini cricket machine & accessories with a carrying case.

I can honestly say that I am blessed to have such amazing & awesome children who love me and spoil me.

Dot.card

 I ordered a dot.card for the candle business today, it’s a form of business card.

STL Haunted Mansion Surprise

 I went to help out at the haunted mansion today and told them about being fired & found out that when the coffee shop is opened, I will be working the evening shifts for it, so that means that I will be STAFF at STL Haunted Mansion, but this won’t be for a year, cause we have other stuff to get done first so it can actually get occupancy.
